This comes as a question for you: How can you embrace the changing seasons of your life? Change isn’t permanent, but change is. The one constant throughout your life is change. Nothing remains the same, not even you. Instead of resisting change, embrace it! For it is through change that you grow and expand who you once were. Use change to define who you truly are. When you resist change, you are resisting the very thing that helps you evolve.

What ever you are going through, no matter how difficult, you will get through it. After the storm comes the rainbow. You are resilient, you are adaptable, you can accept change in your life. Set your roots, be flexible, you will bend and not break. You will weather whatever storms you face.

Just as wind and rain have carved the landscape on earth, you too are sculpted by the storms in your life. Storms release all that no longer serves you, leaving you stronger than before. Every challenge that you face gives you the opportunity to grow and evolve. It gives you the opportunity to state who you are in this moment. You are stronger than you think, no challenge is beyond your ability to face and move through.
