Releasing the Past

You are being asked to let go of the hold the past has on you in order to grow and transform. The request is not an easy one, it takes great courage to release and step into the unknown of creation. Transformation means that you release all you once thought you wanted in order to bring in the new. Sometimes it may seem that transformation is thrust upon you, a dark night of the soul where everything has changed in your outer world and you are thrust into the dark in order to find your light.

Know that these inner journeys are chosen by your soul. These periods of releasing and transformation bring with it the opportunity to transmute old patterns, perhaps even generational healing of patterns. They bring light where once darkness reigned.

Embrace the transformation that is happening within you. Release all that no longer serves you. Release all that you carry that is not yours. Release all thought patterns and beliefs that are no longer in alignment with who you are now. Release and be transformed. You will be born anew, forever changed from what you were. Your inner light will shine brighter than before, showing you new paths and new ways of being.
