When you work as part of a group, each putting their talents in to work with others to co-create, what you create is more than you could have achieved on your own. This comes in with the question, how are you being called to work with groups? This could be in your work environment, your social or spiritual. How can you appreciate those that contribute to the groups you are in? How can you be a better member of the groups that you participate in?

When participating in a community you cannot remain fixed in your views or on the destination. Instead you learn to dance with others and life itself. When you soften your individual will on how things should be, and instead see yourself as part of a beloved group, the dance becomes harmonious, each playing their part adding beauty to the whole. There’s power in collective movement.

When you work together towards a common purpose, the grander it is when you achieve it together. Each moment of the journey is lighter. The celebration of achievement brighter. Take some time to appreciate the communities you are in. There may be times when you outgrow a community and that is okay. Leave with appreciation in your heart and find your next community to grow and dance in.
