This comes in as a message for you to prioritize your health and healing. Often in the busyness and doingness of life your health and healing come last in your schedule. When the opposite is needed. In order to fulfill all that you wish, your health is of upmost importance. When you prioritize your health you are stating to the Universe that you value yourself and love yourself.

There may be times that you notice when looking back that when you ignored your health and healing that you were given time to focus on your health and healing. This may have come through as an injury or illness. Whatever occurred, it put the focus fully on your health and wellbeing.

All that being said, your health is not entirely up to you but your well being is. As with all of life, your attitude and focus will greatly determine your quality of life. No matter what you are facing, you can still prioritize your health and well being and have better quality of life for it.
