This comes as a sign to you that healing and growth are occurring. You may feel as if you are facing the same problem as you have previously, but you are not facing it as the same person you were when you last faced it. New growth and healing are possible because you have grown and healed since last you faced it.

All of life is a spiral, it’s pattern is found in nature, and even Gaia is hurdling through space in a spiral. A spiral can lead you up and down; down into yourself as you connect with your divine self and up again into the physical. Problems and patterns can be faced again as you traverse the spiral. Other layers come up to be shown at this time. It isn’t that you haven’t healed, it’s just that you are now ready to heal the next layer.

As a symbol, the spiral is often shown as a labyrinth. Ancient stone labyrinths have been found all over the world. Walking a labyrinth is a meditative practice found the world over also. It can be used to clear the mind and connect your divine self with your physical self so that they can work in harmony.
