Time to gather your courage and start something new. Too long have you been standing on the edge of inaction. Time to be brave, to be bold, find your courage and leap! What have you been longing to do, but have put off because of fears? Thinking you won’t succeed, thinking you’re too old to do it, or too young. Now is the time to do it.

When you take that chance, take that leap, you feel exhilarated, full of energy and life. Full of laughter and joy. Children take leaps all of the time. They understand the thrill they are going to experience, and they want to experience as much as possible. Get back in touch with your inner child. What excites them? What do they want to experience? Then hold their hand and jump in!

Are you feeling frustrated, restless, bored? Time to try something new. Bring some life back into your life. Stretch beyond your comfort zone, beyond what you normally do, and do something you have never done before. Something that you have only dreamed of doing. Something that raises your heart rate just thinking about it. Just do it.
