Have you been called to quiet the external noise, the inner babble, and to connect with the wisdom you have within? Time to go within to the Inner Temple. The place where you connect with your Divine Self and the Divine. The place where you go to hear your soul speak. All have this inner sacred space. Your inner temple is waiting to welcome you in, whether it’s your first time or your thousandth, the welcome and feeling surrounded by love and acceptance is the same.

You are being invited to prioritize the relationship you have with yourself. When you make it part of your daily routine the better you will find you feel. You will have more patience and acceptance. You will feel more grounded and better able to handle what life has in store. It doesn’t take hours a day, it can be as little as placing your hand on your heart and connecting with your breath. It can be a 10-20 minute meditation. There are so many options. The key is doing whatever you can do daily.

Your temple is whatever you wish it to be. A quiet forest. Watching a campfire. Watching the sun rise/set. Watching the waves roll in. It is whatever brings you peace. Only you hold the key to the temple within. This is just your reminder to use your key.
