30 days of gratitude 🙏🏻

Today I am grateful for having my parents here and able to live in their home (with help from my sister). At 92 and 84 they have experienced many things in their lifetimes. I know that no time on earth is ever guaranteed, neither theirs nor mine, and I am grateful to have this time with them. I am grateful to hear their stories, some of them repeated again, some are new to me. I have been learning things about their lives that I had never known, it has been surprising to learn these new parts of their stories. I don’t know how much time I will have them, but I know how fortunate I am to have it.
