Be still, it is time to listen to your higher self/soul and to stop listening to the egoic mind, it will only lead you astray.

Confused as to who is running things, the egoic mind or your higher self? The egoic mind is me, me, me. It also dwells in your fears, your judgement of others, resentments, gossip and perpetuating drama, worries about what ifs, slights from others, coming out on top despite the cost, being self-righteous. It is your wounded inner child acting out. Your higher self is focused on service, on helping others in all ways, forgiveness, non-judgment, unconditional love, feeling the connection you have to all that is. Your soul wants you to succeed AND everyone else to succeed.

Look at where you are personally being triggered, there you will find what you need to heal within yourself.

Take some time today to be still, center yourself firmly into the soul level, forgive yourself, send your inner child some gratitude and love for all that they have held for you. Tell your inner child they can release the burden of holding your fears. Tell your soul that you are ready for it take the lead, that you are ready to live your life from the soul level. Imagine the endless possibilities that will be available to you when you led a soul-centric life. ♥️
