Appreciation is a powerful tool. Having appreciation shifts your focus from lack to abundance.

Spend a day really scrutinizing where you place your attention. Do you spend your day complaining? Focusing on what you don’t have? Focusing on the negative and all that you don’t like. Or do you spend your day appreciating all the gifts that come to you?

Such a seemingly small shift from focusing on what you don’t have or don’t like, to seeing the good that is around you, will have a measurable change for the better in your life. Opportunities will come your way that would not have had before. You will have much to be grateful for!

Appreciation and gratitude are the tools that will completely transform your life. They are also so easy to do! It’s just a shift of your focus from lack to abundance; and then you will have an abundance to be grateful for!

Start today, look at the world with the eyes of appreciation, it will not take long for you to find things in your day to appreciate. The beauty of nature, laughter, a smile from a stranger or loved one. Someone being kind or thoughtful. Someone appreciating you.
