When was the last time you felt something happened effortlessly? Does it happen for you often? Or does everything feel like it’s a struggle?

Often when our lives are not moving effortlessly, the hold up lies in what we are resisting. It can be daunting to take a hard look at ourselves, find what we are afraid of (resisting), and move through it. So we can once again be in the effortless flow of life.

Look at nature and the effortless manner in which water flows. Even around rocks and blockages, water find it’s way.
🌹
You cannot make or will something to be effortless. It happens when you let go, trust, allow. Allowing is the natural flow.
🌹
Take some time today to feel into where you are resisting, then make space and allow. Breath and allow. Spirit will always support you.
