Eagle – Communion

Communion is an important aspect of your spiritual journey. Is it part of your daily practice?

Communion is above communication. Just as you can communicate with all beings, you can, and should, commune with all beings.
🌹
Communion is done on the heart level, you are not trying to make a point, or change someone’s mind, you are listening and feeling, attuned to the others thoughts and feelings. In communion you know that we all are connected, that there is no separation.
🌹
When you know/feel the interconnectedness of all, your life changes. To hate another is to hate yourself. To waste resources is to take away from yourself.
🌹
Communing with another is simple, shut off the ego and connect from the heart. Shut off disbelief and listen from the heart.
🌹
We can, and should, commune with all: people, the plant and animal kingdoms, with Gaia. All are open by communing through the heart.
