Every day you make choices, from the smallest ones, what clothes to wear; to larger ones, what career you follow, who you want to marry. You make choices all of the time, some take very little thought others take longer consideration.

Joy is a choice also. I think that gets forgotten, as we grow older we say we don’t have time for it, or we feel it’s elusive, and we rarely experience it. When in fact, we can choose joy in every single moment. It is available to everyone.

One of joy’s greatest qualities is that it is so easy to share, and when you share your joy it multiplies!

Imagine how your life will be when you choose to express joy in every moment. Joy partners with love, when you choose joy, love comes right along too.

Even in the hardest, darkest of times, you can choose joy and you will have a love filled, joyful life.
