You are stronger than you think. Strength not only comes from having a strong physical body, it is having a strong drive/will, and it is how strong your connection to the divine is.

Often time is only spent strengthening the physical body and the mind, and neglecting to strengthen your connection with the divine.

Do you make connecting with the divine as part of your daily process? Or do you only call when you are in crisis? When you connect with the divine regularly you are connected to an infinite amount of energy, healing, love, creative energy, and so much more.

This is a gentle reminder, look at your life and see the areas that are strong and the areas that you need to strengthen.
