Often healers, empaths, highly sensitive people, tend to spend their lives making sacrifices for others. Often putting others needs before your own. It is time to end this practice. It is time for a shift in the way you sacrifice yourself.

It is time for you to honor the sacred within you. When you give from the divinity within, you give from the heart level, which instead of sacrificing, it becomes a sacred act, an act honoring the divinity in each.

Instead of sacrificing your dreams, move to the soul level, and celebrate the divine spark in all. Knowing that their soul is well able to care for them, you can release that burden and move forward on your sacred journey.
