It is time to set yourself free! You are ready to live your highest truth. You are prepared to walk the path of your truth. To do this sets you free. Free from the untruths that stop you from being who you know yourself to be.

Crow says be true to your word. This means not only do you honor your word bond with others, but more importantly, you honor your word to yourself. You must have congruency between your truth and your word, or you will not be creating what you want in your life.

When you find imbalances in your life, where you are not standing and living in your truth, release these things without judgement. Truth sets you free to move forward on your soul path.
