Grounding is an important part of your daily practice. When you neglect this, you are bounced here and there, energies can take you far off course. You are not fully present in the moment.

Being fully grounded, allows the energies to flow, allowing your spiritual gifts to to bear fruit in the physical world. It takes you out of the egoic mind. It allows you to balance, both spiritual and physical.

To be of the tree of life, is to have deep roots, sturdy trunk, all the while reaching for the stars. Perfectly balanced, as above so below.
