Whenever you find your life to be overwhelming, it can be quite helpful to take a step back from the drama in your life and to find a way to be of service to another. When you take the time to give back it changes the energy, and you may find it helps with your life.

Giving back can assist with abundance issues; you cannot give that which you don’t already have, which in turn opens the abundance flow. Energy is fluid, it needs to move and not become stagnant.

Once you start, you will find that there are many ways, large and small in which you can pay it forward. All it takes is that first step forward to get that energy moving.
