You are being asked to do self reflection, do you find yourself lost in the ever circling thoughts in your head? Do you find yourself in the center of drama on a regular basis? Do you seek out gossip and keep it going? Are you putting yourself down?

It can be very easy to find yourself participating in lower energy vibrational activities. Sometimes it is an old habit, other times it can be to avoid doing the inner work that you know you want to do, but may be hard to do.

When you notice that you are in one of these cycles, do not berate yourself, pause and step back from it. You can heal your thoughts and again be in alignment with your soul’s path.
