Can you recall a time where everything was going well for you? Where one good experience led to another, and another. When all your needs were being met effortlessly. This is being in the flow.

Do you believe this to be a rare occurrence? Seemingly, out of your control? If so, you are wrong and are in effect holding yourself back from experiencing flow on a regular basis.

You are a creator, you can have the ease of being in the flow anytime you wish. To do this you need to release your need to control and to allow life to happen. Setting the intention of what you wish to create, release it, and then be open to signs that manifest leading you in the flow.

Release the beliefs you have of limitation and lack. Embrace the knowledge that you are a beloved child of the universe, who is always supported and cared for. Then go out there and create!
