Your Guardian Angels are waiting for you to connect with them. They are available to help you with every aspect of your life. Not just in troubled times. They are available to you at all times. The catch is, you have to ask for their assistance. You were given free will, therefore your guardians cannot assist you without your permission to do so.

There is no special rite that you must follow, just start talking with them. You can do this in writing, in your journal. You can make communing with them part of your daily spiritual practice. You can talk to them as you would a friend who is with you. Any way that is comfortable for you, is okay with your guides.

Nothing is too large or too small for your guides to help you with. Start with what ever is comfortable for you. Then be receptive to the answer is whatever form it reveals itself. If you aren’t understanding say so, they will continue to answer in different ways until you receive.
