It is important for you to take some time now to see to your own needs. Take as long as is needed, do not rush. Your needs are just as important as anyone else’s. It is okay if you feel the need of time alone in order to see to those needs.

Winter is a time for self reflection and growth. A time to face what is holding you back at this time. Once you have faced your fear straight on, it becomes easier to move past the fear and to see the path forward.

No matter how dark or long winter is, it is always followed by spring. Know that this is true in your life cycles also, you are never alone in the dark; darkness does not prevail. Look to the light, heal what comes up, and be ready to bloom in spring!
