When arrow shows up, be aware. Not all is as it seems on the surface. Take a step back and assess what is going on in your life. Who has your back? Or is there an arrow pointed at your unprotected back? It is time to protect your self.

Not only should you take precautions to protect your physical body, your metaphysical body, mental/emotional/spiritual bodies need to be cared for and protected by you. Pay attention to the energy that is around you, not all is in alignment with you.

Ask your angels and guides to assist you in this. Listen to your intuition and higher self, it will assist you in knowing if a situation or person(s) are in alignment with your needs. Surround yourself with people and places that nurture, nourish, and uplift you.
