Water Guardian comes in today to remind you that one of the essential steps in working with your intuition is to take the time to feel into your emotions as they rise instead of ignoring, blocking, or shoving them down as you may have done in the past.

Feeling through your emotions as they come up is a sacred part of your soul work. Some of these emotions have been buried deep within you. You are now ready to do this inner work. You do not have to do this alone; call upon your angels and guardians to assist you in this process.

Emotions are not good or bad, stop labeling them as such. Emotions tell you what you are feeling about an experience you are having. They are a source of information about yourself.
