A Blessing on a Friendship

One of the joys of life is found in friendships. Friends are the family you choose. Friends celebrate your successes and divide your sorrow. Do you take the time to nurture your friendships? Or have you fallen into the habit of taken them for granted?

There may be times when a friendship dwindles due to no ones fault, just that it’s purpose has been fulfilled and it’s time to move on. Do not grieve these partings, honor the time spent together, and bless them in parting.

This is a gentle reminder to take some time today and reach out to the first friend that comes to mind, and maybe even the second too! Let them know that you value their friendship and the part that they have in your life.
