One of the aspects of aligning with your higher self, your soul self, is living with integrity, seeking out the truth in all situations, and living your truth. Too often truth is lost, as it is not the easiest path. To be fully empowered is to fearlessly live your truth.

You start to lose yourself when you withhold your truth, or decide to look away when the truth is being manipulated for personal gain, from the individual level to the collective level. Living with integrity means speaking out when you see injustices, correcting them when they occur.

Speak/live your truth from the heart level, with love and compassion. It uplifts all when you do so.
