Are you letting your past define you? Even though that definition is wrong? It is time to let go of the power that the past is holding over you. You have the ability to choose your life path, and to make adjustments whenever needed. Your past does not have this power, unless you give it.

Take the time to take an honest look at your life. Seek out those areas that you would release, that are not in alignment with you now. Those are the areas to heal if needed and release in order to move ahead along a different path.

You have the courage and ability to do this now. If you need the assistance of a therapist to release the hold of the past, now is a good time to work with one. Your future awaits you, one of your choosing.
