Armadillo comes in with the gentle reminder that personal boundaries are a very important aspect that shouldn’t be ignored. Do you know where you begin and end? Do you know what feelings are yours and what are another’s? Do you feel drained and tired all of the time? Strong personal boundaries are a necessity.

It is okay to set limits, to say no, to put yourself first. You are here to walk your own path, grow, and evolve. Others have their own paths, and they do not need you to take on their problems. Their soul will take care of them.

Having strong personal boundaries does not mean that you close yourself off from interacting with the world. Personal boundaries allow you to focus on your own personal needs and path, allowing others the space to do the same in their lives.
