What does your inner voice say? Is it positive and affirming or is it negative and cutting you down? Words matter here also. You should speak to your self compassionately, using positive affirmations.

Are your words in alignment with what you believe? Or are you repeating words of another? Words that are habitual, from your past? Get clear on your intentions, your path, your beliefs; then be sure the words you are using are in alignment with these things.
