It is time to speak your truth. Even in difficult situations, you can choose to speak your truth mindfully with love and compassion. What have you been holding back? In order for forward movement to occur, our inner and outer worlds need to be in harmony. You do disservice to yourself when you do not speak your truth.

Listen compassionately, from the heart level, when others are expressing their truths. You can honor their truths without having to take them on as your own.

Words are the vibrational energy that you send out into the world. So use care, speak from the heart level, that way the energy you send out is a true representation of your truth.
