Meditation puts you in touch with yourself, your feelings, your dreams. It keeps you energized and full of equanimity. You can hear the messages from your higher self, your team of angels and guides. You have only to quiet the monkey mind and connect with all that is.

Be fully present in your life, each moment that you have. Meditation brings you back to being present in the moment.
