Are you finding that you keep repeating the same patterns in your life, even if they are not ones you wish to be repeating? If so, it will be worth it for you to examine your family of origin to see if that is where the pattern originated. Are you ready to heal it and move forward? Remember healing is self love, you are worthy to receive healing and move forward.

As an adult, you have the choice on who to allow in your lives. If your family members do not love and support you as you are, find friends who will. You are allowed to make your own loving and supportive family.

Take some time to review all the relationships you have in your life. Heal the relationships that you can; release those that’s end time is now; cherish those that love and accept you.
