It is time to slow down. You are doing too much. Faster, more, more, more, is not as productive as you think. You are missing vital information. You are being asked to take a seat, breathe, and consider what it is that you are avoiding with all this doing?

Instead of rushing through each moment, you are encouraged to be in the moment. Relax, take in everything that is happening. What messages are you receiving? When you slow down and are present you can receive insights and guidance as to your next best steps.

The way forward can be bumpy, having to face painful healing that is for your highest good. This is best done by surrendering the ego and fear. Replaced with serenity and acceptance, you will move forward. This healing cannot be skipped, nor avoided by rushing about. It’s time, you are ready. You are supported through it all.
