Hematite is here today to remind you of the importance of being grounded. All to often it is easy to get flung about by the energies of the day. Stress will seem more overwhelming if you do have have yourself firmly grounded in your body and on the earth.

Several times a day check in with yourself and how you are feeling, and if you need to re-ground. One of the quickest ways to get grounded is to be in nature. Feel the earth under your feet, the air, the sun, see the sky. Connect with your animal friends.

Grounding is such a simple act that has great benefits. It is calming and clarifies your thoughts. It sparks creativity. It always you to feel your connection to all that is, and how well you are supported here on earth.
