Do you take pleasure in living? Your soul has chosen to house itself in your body so that your soul may experience life in the physical. To savor every moment, every experience, every part of life.

Do you allow yourself to be fully present in the now? Or are you constantly projecting into the future; or fretting over the past? Each moment hurried through, to experience without feeling. This is not in alignment with your soul contract.

Life is meant to be pleasurable. To be enjoyed, to be in-joy. To feel. Taking pleasure in the food you take in to nourish yourself; learning new things to stimulate your mind; enjoying expressing your creativity; enjoying your physical body, all that it is capable of. Embrace your sensuality. Pleasure should be present in all areas of your life.
