You are being asked to take a look at your life right now and take notice of any areas of your life where you feel stuck, or where there is the illusion of movement, but in reality you’re treading water and not moving.

The first step in making change in your life is to acknowledge that change is needed. Once you are able to do that, you are able to plan what your next steps should be.

If you are caught up in drama that the egoic mind loves, stop. Take the time to be in stillness, to reconnect with your higher self and see what your next course is action is that is in alignment with your soul’s path.
