Happiness is your birthright. It is partnered with love, which is what you are. You have only to recognize this, to be this, and you will be filled with happiness. Happiness is as varied as there are people. Do not worry that something that gives another happiness does not give it to you.

Try not to get caught up in the ‘search’ for happiness. That is not how it is found, it is not lost after all, so no need to find it. Your happiness is already within you. To experience it you have only to follow what makes your heart sing. Follow what your inner child would like to do.

Happiness is expansive and contagious. Do something for another that you know will bring them joy, and you experience joy also! Happiness is a shared experience.
