You are being gently guided today to look at how you embrace your emotions and emotional body. Do you welcome every emotion, feeling into what it is offering you? Do you label emotions ‘good’ and ‘bad’? Then only exploring the ‘good’ and ignoring and stuffing down the ‘bad’?

Emotions are gifts that are meant to be felt and experienced. Emotions that are difficult and hard often provide a profound and rich growth period that is for your greater good.

Therefore, try not to label your emotions. Do not ignore and postpone working through the harder ones. In doing so, it comes at great cost. Life is meant to be embraced, exploring everything it has to offer you. You have plotted its course and will move further along your course by embracing all that crosses your path.
