There is nothing better than being in the flow. Events run smoothly; synchronistic opportunities occur, that you follow and it brings you further along your life path. Happiness abounds and you share it freely.

The thing about being in the flow is that, like a river, it’s course may seem to meander around. You may feel frustrated, feeling like you are going backwards, not gaining ground. Then, before you know it you’re out of the flow. When this happens it’s time for introspection, look to see where you are self-sabotaging, what limiting beliefs are holding you back?

Practicing gratitude, appreciation, and looking for the blessings around you are ways to get back into the flow and enjoying its beautiful journey.
