Meditation is listening to the Divine. The answer to what you are seeking is found within you, meditation will lead you to your answer.

Meditation is an important part of your daily spiritual practice. There are many ways in which you can meditate. Keep seeking until you find what works for you. Meditation need not take a lot of time. The more you practice the easier it is to drop into the mediative space.

The mental mind and egoic mind will try to convince you that they have all the answers, they are just trying to maintain control. A well balanced answer involves connecting with your higher self/the Divine for answers and meditation is the tool for doing so.
