Prepare yourself for a possible 14 day self quarantine, but don’t go over board and hoard things, we are all connected and need to care for one another.

Clear your energy field often, of all the chaotic energy you may absorb from others. Ask your angels and guides to assist you at this time, they can assist you in many ways, but you have to invite them in.

Then wash your hands, keep your hands off your face, and go about your life as well as you can. Remember to breathe. Be kind to one another.
