You are a soul having a physical experience here on Gaia right now. You choose to have experiences here that would provide you the opportunity to evolve further.

Every experience you have, those you label good and bad, are opportunities to further the evolution of your soul. Even the worst of these give you the opportunity to choose how you will respond to events.

🌹

Remember, there are layers to each circumstance. As you work through a layer, you will circle back to it, as another layer comes up for healing. It can give you the opportunity to respond differently to the event as you have gained more knowledge from previous exposures. It provides you opportunities to forgive yourself and others as you process each layer.

🌹

Only the ego labels events good and bad; as soul you choose the events as opportunities to further your soul’s evolution.
