Welcome to the time of integration. As Gaia goes through her ascension process, her inhabitants are also. Right now is an important part of the process. All that has been in the dark, in the shadows, is coming up to be healed and released.

Ascension can be a messy and difficult process. The step of integration cannot be skipped over. Healing involves integration, healing cannot happen with out it. You must feel into the emotions that come up, and the next wave, and the ones after.

Allow yourself to feel into this pause that Gaia is going through at this time. Do your inner work. Feel into your emotions as they come up. Allowing integration to happen so that healing may occur.
