You are being gently reminded to remember what a glorious gift your physical body is. Do you remember to appreciate and thank your physical body for all it does for you? Or are you at war with your body, hating different parts of it, or even all of it? Do you take time to love and support your physical body?

Your body is the sacred vessel of your soul. No matter what shape it is in, no matter what it’s abilities or disabilities, no matter if it is the current version of physically beautiful; your physical body is amazing and it allows your soul to have physical experiences.

Your physical body is an active participant in your soul’s evolution. As such it deserves all the love and care it needs. Your body is holy, isn’t it time you started treating it as such?
