Saint Teresa believed that it was not the magnitude of your actions that God cared about, but rather the amount of love you put into your actions. Take some time today to look at your actions, are they love based or are they coming from your ego? When you take time every day to go within and connect with the love that you are, your actions align with love.

Love is the basis of our being. When you go within to connect with your soul self you connect with the love of all that is. There is no act of greater importance than living a life based in love.
