This is a gentle reminder that you are caught up in the dramas of daily life and you have forgotten to take time to connect with joy, laughter, silliness. It is easy to be going from drama to drama, feeling the very life force being sucked out of you. It’s time to stop and reconnect with all that you are.

Connecting with that that brings us joy, enjoying the simple things, laughing, are all ways to lighten your being, to recharge, to remember the joy of being alive. This should be where your priorities lie, not with things, but with being.

Life is not a punishment, you are not here doing penance. Life is to be explored, to be enjoyed, to laugh and be silly. To enjoy being in the physical. To follow your bliss. To collect experiences that fill your soul.
