With all the upheaval and chaos that is going on in the world at this time it is important to connect with that which really matters, love and gratitude. Taking time every day to be in gratitude is life changing. The cycle of gratitude grows easily. The more you are grateful the more you have to be grateful for.

Loving and caring for another is sacred. Whether it be for family or friends makes no difference. As an adult you can make the conscious choice of who you want to have in your life. Being family doesn’t give you an automatic in. Allow in those that love and care for you whether they be friend or family.

What in this very moment are you grateful for? Look around you with fresh eyes and you will see so many things that make your life better just because they are in it. Let those you are grateful for know that you value their part in your life.
