During this time of the great pause and shift upon Gaia it is the right time to practice the art of compassion. To listen and perceive from the soul level, not the egoic mind. So much pain is coming up for clearing, within ourselves as well as others, and from Gaia herself. To bear witness to the pain from the soul level is where compassion comes from.

To be such a witness with compassion assists in transmuting the pain energy so that healing may occur. Often the greatest act of love is acknowledging the pain of someone else without making it about you, without trying to fix it, just acknowledge and listen.

When experiencing pain in your own life, it is just as important to treat yourself with the love and compassion you would give to another. You are worthy to receive love and compassion just as you are in this very moment. Surround your inner child with love and compassion and ask him/her/they what pain they would like to release. Thank them for holding it and then allow the pain to be released and transmuted.
