Anandamayi Ma comes in to remind you of the importance of connecting with your joy. You connect with your joy by connecting with your soul, that part of you that never changes. No matter the passage of time, life events, or even the birth and death transitions, your soul always remains the same.

When you connect with your soul self, there is unconditional love and joy in all things. Do not get so caught up in the dramas and ego based activities, you will not find joy in them. Joy arises from within you, not from outside of you.

During this time of great transition, transformation, ascension, it is even more important to remember joy and your connection to your true self. You will find solace there. You don’t need a middle man to connect you, you do it on your own, therefore it is available to all. Love and joy are your birthright, it is time to claim them.
