The flow of life is of giving and receiving. What you give will be returned to you. Giving with a joyful heart is a gift to yourself also, as it uplifts your spirit and instills more joy within you.

If you have been feeling unwell, that time is coming to an end. Do make your health a priority, you have been given your sacred physical body to hold your soul for this lifetime. Isn’t it time for you to treat it with loving care?
